We do not use alergic ingredients such as eggs or nuts. We never use white sugar. We shall serve a variety of different meats such as beef, chicken and turkey and we will never be using farmed fish. To enhance its nutritional value we will not be frying anything, instead it will be steamed, grilled or baked.
Every month we send the families the menu of the following month. We elaborate a personalised menu to those children with food intolerances or with specific needs.
