Our curriculum will feature a hybrid programme that combines A-levels with the preparation for the Spanish “EBAU Prueba Especifica”. We firmly believe that this is the best possible approach to prepare our students for their future academic journey while keeping all their options open to pursue higher education both domestically in private or public Spanish universities and internationally in the UK or elsewhere.
We have carefully explored the option of including the International Baccalaureate (IB) in our offering. However, after extensive analysis of the programme, consultation with experts, IB schools and congresses, and thorough analysis of the validations and grades required nowadays to access good universities, we have concluded that our hybrid programme is better suited to support our future Year 12 and Year 13 students in achieving their academic goals while obtaining the best possible grades that ultimately allow them to access the university of their choice.

We would like to highlight some of the positives of the Dallington Key Stage 5 Hybrid Programme:
- Academic Excellence: A-Levels are recognised for its rigorous academic standards, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that is recognised both nationally and internationally. In our case, we will continue with the Cambridge University examination´s programme, as we are already an authorised Cambridge Examination Centre.
- Facilitate Access to University: Our hybrid approach will cover the demands of Spanish Universities (both public and private), UK and international universities.
- Flexibility and Choice: With a wide range of subjects available, our hybrid programme allows students to tailor their curriculum to their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
