Dallington is a joy to be part of. It is a safe, respectful and happy place for all to be in which to work and learn. Staff are highly engaged and supportive, and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging. I feel valued and trusted in my ability to do my job and I appreciate Dallington for empowering my professional development plans including my doctoral research project.

A sense of belonging and purpose, a place where opinions are valued, and ideas are considered. I am surrounded by people who proactively support one another. There are high expectations and objectives to meet. I have a healthy working life balance which has helped me to provide the best of what I have to offer my team.

Life at Dallington school is built around the relationships you have with pupils, parents and colleagues. I found myself part of a brilliant team very quickly, and it is a testament to the community of Dallington that my welcome and experience was so friendly and warm. I have lived in several countries and taught in a variety of schools, but Madrid and Dallington School have become my home very quickly. I am motivated to come to school every day and for me, the strength of the school is their ‘teamwork’ attitude. At any given situation you can seek help from your colleagues and I couldn’t feel more valued or supported than I do here.
