It is a means by which children can develop the skills and capabilities to be effective learners. Arts allow our pupils\u00a0to express themselves. \u00a0Our\u00a0purpose is to\u00a0engage, inspire and challenge the children, developing their confidence\u00a0to experiment, invent and create their own master pieces, crafts and designs . The children have had the opportunity to work with a variety of different media in\u00a0topics such as\u00a0&#8220;Stone Age&#8221;, &#8220;Dinosaurs&#8221; or &#8220;Julia Donaldson&#8221;.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5401\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5401\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-5401\" src=\"https:\/\/dallingtonschool.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1761-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5401\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Yea3 \u00a0&#8220;Stone Age Project&#8221;<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>They have created beautiful pieces of Art; collages using torn, cut and collected papers adding inks, paints and fabrics. In part of our global awareness project, the children have created their own futuristic transports made of recycled materials.
